Community Service

Each year the guild adopts one or more community service projects.

 

In Jan 2004, the guild was granted 501(c)(3) status as a tax-exempt, non-profit organization. A 501(c)(3) organization is defined as one that provides a scientific, literary, educational, religious, artistic or charitable service for public benefit. The main priority of such organizations is to give to the community rather than make a profit.

Meeting Continuously Since 1987

This guild year (2012) our community service will benefit our four-legged friends.  We will items to donate to the Grayson County Animal Shelter and perhaps area veterinarians.
